  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 can (16 ounces) vanilla frosting

  3. Tint frosting black. Place cake on a serving platter. Frost top and sides of cake. Arrange graham crackers over top of cake to resemble a graduation cap. Use frosting to attach crackers together. Decorate with remaining crackers as desired.
